(c) Trust and safety information
If you contact us about a concern, incident, review, complaint, dispute, or safety issue, we may process the information you provide, including statements, dates, screenshots, supporting materials, names, usernames, professional details and related communications.
(d) Technical and usage information
We may collect device, browser and network information, IP address, page interaction data, timestamps, referral data, anti-bot validation data, and system logs generated when you use this site.

Where we send marketing or launch communications that require consent, we will do so on the basis of your consent. Service, safety, legal and operational communications may still be sent where necessary.

If any information you submit contains higher-risk or sensitive personal data, including information relating to safety incidents, health, criminal allegations or similar matters, we will only process such information where we are lawfully permitted to do so and where it is necessary and proportionate for the relevant purpose.
Identity Documents and Verification
Where Yven asks you to upload an identity document, that document is collected solely for legitimate verification, anti-fraud, trust and safety, eligibility or compliance purposes. Identity documents will be accessible only to personnel, advisers or service providers who need that information for those purposes. We do not use uploaded ID documents for biometric recognition or facial matching unless we expressly notify you separately and identify the lawful basis and any additional condition required by law. You should not upload any document or information that we have not asked for. Where reasonably possible, we may redact, suppress or minimise identity data once verification has been completed.
Reviews, Complaints, Reports and Safety Submissions
Yven may enable or receive reviews, complaints, reports, incident notifications or other trust and safety information. By submitting such information, you acknowledge that: the information may be reviewed, verified, redacted, summarised, investigated or withheld from publication; Yven may contact you for further evidence or clarification; Yven may, where lawful and appropriate, share relevant information with professional advisers, insurers, counterparties, service providers, safeguarding bodies or law enforcement authorities; and Yven is entitled to remove, restrict, suspend, anonymise or decline to publish content that is unlawful, unsubstantiated, abusive, misleading, malicious, excessive, irrelevant or otherwise inconsistent with platform integrity or legal risk management.
Sharing of Personal Data
We may share personal data with:
website hosts, cloud providers, storage providers and form processors;
email, communications, anti-spam, anti-bot, fraud prevention and security providers;
operational tools used for workflow, support, moderation and administration;
professional advisers, insurers, auditors and prospective purchasers or investors in connection with a corporate transaction;
regulators, courts, law enforcement agencies or other authorities where required or reasonably necessary; and
if and when the Yven platform launches, other verified users or counterparties, but only to the extent necessary for relevant platform features such as profiles, bookings, reviews, safety tools, referrals or professional networking.
We do not sell your personal data.
International Transfers
Your personal data may be processed in countries outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we will take steps designed to ensure that your data remains protected by appropriate safeguards recognised by applicable data protection law.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. In broad terms:
waitlist and application data is kept for as long as needed to manage early access, launch planning and related communications;
identity documents are ordinarily retained only for so long as is reasonably necessary to complete verification, investigate misuse, preserve evidence, or comply with legal or dispute-related requirements;
reviews, complaints and safety-related records may be kept for longer where necessary to maintain platform integrity, investigate incidents, respond to claims or comply with legal obligations; and
technical logs are retained for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes for a limited period, subject to operational need.
Where data is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymise it or securely archive it where lawful and appropriate.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access. Early-Stage Service
This site describes an early-stage product and community. Any waitlist position, application, expression of interest or communication from Yven does not guarantee access, admission, launch timing, feature availability, market availability, partnership, booking opportunities, commercial outcomes or continued service availability.
Yven may amend, withdraw, delay or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide information that is true, current and not misleading. You must not impersonate another person, submit false credentials, upload documents that do not belong to you, or provide information that you are not entitled to disclose.
Where Yven requests identity verification, you agree to provide information reasonably required for that purpose.
Verification, Reviews and Safety
Yven may carry out verification, moderation and trust and safety checks in its discretion. Verification status, reviews, reports or moderation outcomes are tools intended to support trust and safety, but they are not guarantees of identity, conduct, legality, suitability, payment, performance, solvency or personal safety.
You remain responsible for your own professional decisions, travel decisions, commercial arrangements and personal safety precautions.
Reviews, Reports and User Submissions
If you submit a review, report, complaint, safety alert, testimonial, comment, portfolio information or other content to Yven, you warrant that:
you are entitled to submit it;
to the best of your knowledge it is accurate, fair and not misleading;
it does not infringe any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations or applicable laws; and
it is not defamatory, abusive, malicious, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise unlawful.
Yven may review, investigate, edit, redact, refuse, remove, suppress or retain any submission at its discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
misuse the site or any form, feature or process;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
interfere with site security, availability or performance;
submit false, fraudulent or manipulated information or documents;
harvest, scrape, copy or exploit data or content without permission;
use Yven to harass, intimidate, defame, stalk or endanger any person; or
use any review, reporting or safety feature dishonestly, maliciously or irresponsibly.
Suspension and Removal
Yven may suspend, restrict or terminate access, reject any application, remove content, or take any other protective step it reasonably considers necessary to protect the platform, its users, its legal position or its reputation.
Future Platform Features
If Yven later introduces bookings, messaging, referrals, reviews, payments, protected payments, community tools, safety tools or any other operational functionality, additional terms, policies or product-specific rules may apply. Yven may require separate acceptance of those terms before such features are used.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Yven is not acting as your employer, agent, manager, booking agent, fiduciary or guarantor.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trade marks, design elements, text, graphics, site structure and related materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Yven unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or exploit them without prior written consent.

This site may contain links to, or references to, third-party platforms, portfolios, social profiles or services. Yven does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.
